1. General

These Terms govern your use of vexyllion.com (the "Platform"), a studio matching and portfolio service operated by vexyllion.com LLC, EDRPOU 84323488, Business Center 'Arena', 12 Velyka Vasylkivska St, Kyiv, 01004, Ukraine. Contact: contact@vexyllion.com, +380 937 559 8447. We comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03 September 2015.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use the Platform.

3. Services

The Platform connects users with tattoo and permanent makeup studios. Studios must comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population" No. 4004-XII of 24 February 1994.

4. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made directly with studios. We are not a party to the contract. Advertising complies with the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03 July 1996.

5. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information and comply with all laws. All content is owned by vexyllion.com or its licensors. We are not liable for indirect damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.

6. Complaints and Data

For complaints, contact contact@vexyllion.com. Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" No. 3153-IX of 10 June 2023, you may file with the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection. We process data per the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01 June 2010.

7. Communications

We protect data per the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX of 16 December 2020. Consumer information is available in Ukrainian per the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25 April 2019.
