Age Verification Policy

1. Minimum age

Tattoo and permanent makeup services are provided only to clients aged 18 or older. A minor may be served only where Ukrainian law allows it and only with prior written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who must be present at the procedure.

2. How we verify age

• Booking: the form asks you to confirm you are 18+.
• Before the procedure: present a valid original photo ID — passport, national ID, driver's licence or a Diia digital document.
• Minors: written parental consent, the guardian's photo ID and the guardian's presence.

We do not copy or store ID images.

3. Personal data

Age and identity data are processed only to confirm eligibility and meet legal duties, under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" of 01.06.2010 No. 2297-VI. Consent is required and may be withdrawn.

4. Service, price and terms

Full information on services, prices and terms is given in Ukrainian, with other languages added, under the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" of 25.04.2019 No. 2704-VIII. Advertising is truthful, per the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" of 03.07.1996 No. 270/96-VR. Hygiene follows the Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring Sanitary and Epidemic Welfare of the Population" of 24.02.1994 No. 4004-XII.

5. E-commerce information

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" of 03.09.2015 No. 675-VIII, our legal name, registration number, location, contact details and licence information are published on this site.

6. Complaints

Under the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" of 10.06.2023 No. 3153-IX, complaints go to contact@vexyllion.com; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court. Electronic communications are confidential under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" of 16.12.2020 No. 1089-IX.
